The information on this site is general information about plumbing and gasfitting in and around Dakabin. It is not advice for your particular property, and every job is looked at properly before we quote it.

Quotes and Pricing

We work on flat-rate pricing: you get the price before any work starts, and every job comes with $0 call-out fees. If we find something during a job that changes the scope, we stop, explain what we found and give you a new price before going further.

Warranty, Guarantee and Offers

Our lifetime labour warranty covers our workmanship. Faults in parts or appliances are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty. The Fix-It-or-It's-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply), the "if we're late, $100 comes off your bill" credit and our current offers each carry their own terms, which we explain when you book.

Licensing

Plumbing, drainage and gasfitting work is carried out under QBCC No: 15024607.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
