Who We Are
One licence, one team. Every job runs under QBCC No: 15024607, which covers plumbing and drainage and gasfitting, and the voice on the phone belongs to a plumber, not a call centre.
The suburb shapes the diary. Tenanted homes dominate the housing stock here, so a fair share of bookings arrive via property managers with an approved price attached, and Queensland tenancy law treats a dead hot water system as an emergency repair.
How We Work
Every job follows the same pattern, whether it is a washer or a full drain rebuild:
A fixed quote first
You see the price before any work starts, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Under QBCC No: 15024607, every job is done by a licensed plumber, and our labour carries a lifetime labour warranty.
Card or EFTPOS on site
Pay when the job is done and checked. Nothing to chase later.
What We Do
The work splits into four streams, each with its own page of detail:
- Emergency Plumbing: burst pipes, overflowing toilets, cold showers and gas smells.
- General Plumbing: taps and toilets, bathroom and kitchen fit-outs, hidden leaks and gas appliances.
- Drainage: blocked sewers and stormwater lines, plus camera inspections that settle the argument.
- Hot Water: repairs and full system replacements.
Where We Work
The utes run this suburb weekly and push out to Narangba, North Lakes, Kallangur and Kurwongbah. The plumber who clears your drain this morning may have replaced a tempering valve two streets over yesterday.
If your place sits inside that circle, ring (07) 3067 4276 and we will sort a time.

Questions About the Business
Call (07) 3067 4276Who actually comes out to do the work?
Our own plumbers carry out every job under QBCC No: 15024607, which spans water supply, drainage and gas work, so the person who quotes your work also does it on the day.
Are you licensed for gas work as well as plumbing?
Yes: the licence covers water, drainage and gas, so one visit can sort a leaking mixer and a bayonet point or a gas cooktop without a second booking here.
Which suburbs does the business cover?
We work Dakabin plus Narangba, North Lakes, Kallangur and Kurwongbah on regular weekly rounds, so the licensed plumber who fixed a mixer near you yesterday is never far away today.
Do I get a price before anyone starts?
You do: every job opens with a fixed quote you approve before tools come out, and the figure you sign off on is the figure that stands when we finish.
How do most people here pay for a job?
Card or EFTPOS on site, paid once the work is finished and you have looked it over, so nothing lands on an account and there is nothing to chase afterwards.
How do I book a plumber?
Call (07) 3067 4276 and tell us what is happening at your place, and we will talk you through any make-safe steps and lock in a visit today, same-day where we can.
